Council Member (At-Large)

A lifelong public servant, authentic philanthropic leader, and 25+ year community development, social activist, Councilwoman Guillaume has served on the Prince George’s County’s Affordable Housing Commission, was Vice Chair of the Glenarden Housing Authority, and has been identified by the Women of Color in Community Development (WCCD) as their April 2020-featured “Women on the Move.” She intends to work on behalf of all citizens by advocating for, creating, and implementing responsive policy.
