Request for Incident Reports:

All request for incident reports (expect accident reports) should be requested in writing from the Prince George’s County Records Division located in Hyattsville, MD. This request should include the names of persons involved, date, time, location of the incident and the case number. A self- addressed stamped envelope should be included in your request. The records department is located at 4923 43rd Avenue, Hyattsville, MD 20781-2020.
