GLENARDEN, MD – On Saturday, November 11, 2021 from 0600AM – 0630AM on location at the Glenarden Veterans Memorial we held a 9/11 remembrance sunrise prayer vigil. Thank you to our magnificent eight fitness teammates, Glenarden American Legion Post 275, Glenarden American Legion Auxiliary Unit 275, and Glenarden, MD Police Department for keeping the candles lit glowing in remembering of the sacrifices of the civilians, first-responders, military, community and international allies who labored and some paid the ultimate sacrifice during and following the tragic events of 9/11/2001. On this day 20 years, later we raise our US flags and commit to never forget!
